Another syrup

Well, yes.
This time a mix of mint and lemon.
This combination is VERY refreshing, and quite easy to make.
Pick up fresh juicy mint (away from the road and other unclean stuff ;-)), wash it in cold water, and pick up the leaves. There should be about 4 BIG handfuls of leaves, and they should be put in 4l of cold water. On top sprinkle 100gr of limuntus. Mix it occasionally with a wooden spoon. It should stay for 24h, in which time the leaves should loose a bit of color, and turn brownish.
Take leaves from the water, and add 4kg of sugar.
On the side, pick 2 big fresh lemons, and grind them through the meat grinder. Mix it all up, till sugar totally dissolves, and leave it to stay for 24h.
Sift through the gauze (the rest from the lemon is ideal for jams, but that is for another post).
Syrup keep in a cold and dark place – freezer is ideal (take care – put it in plastic bottles, and do not fill them up totally – ice has greater volume than water!).
