Eyes lightly “burning” because of the computer

Well, that is, because of the computer screen, and me looking on it 8 hours a day, but you get it.
I have found something that helps me : a make a chamomile tea (no sugar, of course!), and let it cool down. Than make a compress (in my case it is a ordinary paper towel), dip it into the tea, and put over your (closed) eyes. For about 10-15min every day.
After 2-3 days, I got better!
