Carob cookies have a specific taste, and are bes with tea or coffee :
200gr of corab
2 soup spoons of honey
1 backing powder
3 whole eggs
200 gr margarine
2dl yogurt (or milk)
a bit of olive oil
a bit of cinnamon
flour as needed, so that you get nice half-hard dough
(And it is not a mistake that sugar is not mentioned, it is not in the recipe, but if you like things sweeter, you can add it)
Bake in a preheated oven (250C). Take care not to bake the cookies too much, so that they get hard.
Note : they are best after a day or two.
