Rudolph’s sandwich

Why Rudolph’s? Well I saw it in a kitchen show “Rudolph’s backery”, that is why.
Use toas bread for making of this sandwich.
Spread butter or margarine on one bread, put cheese, ham, and other lovely stuff on it, and than anothera (plain) piece of bread on top.
In a small pot melt 50gr of margarine (or butter), a bit of salt, and mixing all the time, add 1 soup spoon of flour, 100ml of milk, and a bit of grated cheese.
When this mass gets homogenous, spread it on top of the already made sandwich, and all of the sandwiches with topping put in a preheated oven, on 200C, for 15min.

Fast and good!
