4 whole eggs
1 backing powder
2 middle sized zucchinis
2 small spoons of cayenne pepper (sweet)
1 small spoon of curry
1 soup spoon of corn grit
1 small cup of corn flour
1dl of milk
1/2 small cup of (edible) oil
Peel zucchinis, and cut them up (pommes frittes size), salt them up, and let the release water for 20min.
Mix up ingredients for dough. When you get a homogenous mix, put in zucchinis, but gently!
Douhg put in a oiled pan, and in a preheated oven, on 270C.
