Yes, I KNOW it sounds funny (in both senses of the word), but it turns out great!
A really good cake for tea or coffee!
2 bananas – squish them with fork, or in food blender
4 whole eggs
150gr margarine (soften it up in microwave)
1 backing powder
2 soup spoons of sour cream
2 vanilla sugar
2 soup spoon of honey
1 soup spoon of cinnamon
200gr of sugar
flour as needed, to get homogenous, only a bit runny dough
200gr of cut nuts (cut in not to small pieces)
Pour dough in oiled molds (narrow and longish), and put in a preheated oven on 220C.
It bakes quite long (up to 1h).
