Peel and grate about 1/2kg of apples.
Mix this with 2 soup spoons of sugar, soup spoon of cinnamon, half spoon of (ground) nutmeg and 100gr of raisins.
4 whole eggs
200gr of sugar
1 backing powder
100gr of yoghurt
flour as needed, so that dough is nice and homogenous, and not runny
When you have mixed dough ingredients, put in the gated apples, and carefully mix (by hand, not with electric mixer).
Pour all in a oiled baking dish, and put in a preheated oven on 280C.
