Pumpkin cake

Nice and juicy, goes wonderfully with tea and coffee.

Prepair the pumpkin :
500gr of peeled and grated pumpkin cook in about 150ml of water and 2 soup-spoons of sugar
When the mixture is still hot add 100gr of grits

Dough :
4 egg yolks
1 backing powder
150gr sugar
1 soup spoon of cinnamon
1 tea-spoon of nutmeg
150gr of cut nut (do not grind them)
100ml yoghurt
120gr margarine
flour as needed
Mix the dough so that it is homogenous, than add the pumpkin you have prepaired before.
4 egg-whites whipe up, and add slowly to the dough.
Bake in a preheated oven at 250C, for about 50min.
