Beet juice, for us with low blood iron

If you have low blood iron (like I do), this helps :
Grind about 1/2kg of red beets, and 1/2kg of apples.
Mix with 2 soup spoons of honey.
Let it sit in a fridge for about 24h.
It looks quite disgusting :
Then filter it using gauze :
Drink every day 2-3 mouthfulls, before eating.
Juice keep in fridge.
