Cakes with pumpkin pasta

1 whole egg
1 backing powder
100gr of sugar
150gr margarine (soften it up in a microwave oven)
flour as needed, so that the dough spreads easily
500gr of grated pumpkin, fry it in a bit of margarine, and add 2 soup spoons of sugar
Add a soup spoon of cinnamon, a bit of nutmeg, 4 soup spoons of honey and about 100ml of milk. Let it simmer a bit for 15 minutes.
When custard cooles down to room temperature, add 50gr of flour, 3 egg yolks and 3 egg whites whipped up in a cream. Stir gently to homogenize.

Put crust in a oiled pan, put custard on top, and bake in a preheated oven on 200C. It should bake for about 40 minutes.
Wonderful with tea, coffee, or just whenever!
