Sweet bread for Christmas

Prepare fresh yeast in advance (in 100ml of warm milk, with a bit of salt and a soup spoon of honey).
Dough :
3 whole eggs
2 soup spoons of seam
2 vanilla sugar
about 150-200gr of sugar
Mix this all up, so that you get a homogenous mass.
Than add raised yeast and as much flour as is needed to get a nice dough.
It is also nice to add chopped walnuts.
You MUST leave the dough to rise again, and knead it again!
(I didn’t and it (of course!) baked flat, silly me).
Dough spread using the rolling pin to a thickness of 0.5cm, and spread on it a bit of olive oil.
There are two possible add-ons to this :
1. Arrange candied fruit on it (pomelo, papaya, etc)
2. Arrange on the dough raisins and small pieces of cooking chocolate
Than roll the dough in a strudel, and bake it in a preheated oven, on 200C.
