Sweet bread with cinnamon

Leave a cube of yeast in warm milk with a spoon of sugar and only a bit of salt, so that it starts to “work”.
Make the dough :
4 whole eggs
1 soup spoon of cinnamon
1-2 tea spoons of nutmeg powder
2 soup spoons of vanilla sugar
about 200gr of sugar
Add the grown yeast and flour.
Knead the dough, and leave it in a nice warm spot to grow.
Knead it again, and stretch it to the thickness of abot 7mm.
On the top put candied fruit (whatever you like!).
Roll the dough in a strudel and put it in a preheated oven on 220C.
