Turned out great!
Very refreshing, and quickly made.
Here is how :
Caramelize about 200gr of sugar, and add 200ml of water. Cook until caramel is dissolved in water.
Add about 300-400gr of peeled and grated apples (small or bigger chunks of apple, depending on how you like it, I made the cake with smallish chunks), and about 50gr of raisins. Cook on low flame for about 5 minutes.
Add 500ml of milk, and cook with two vanilla puddings (I used Dr Oetker).
Oil a mold for a cake and sprinkle it with flour. Pour the pudding, bit by bit, putting a bit of lady’s fingers it. When all of the pudding mix is in the mold, put a few of the lady’s fingers on it.
Let it to cool, and than put it in a fridge for at least 2h.
When it is cooled, pour the cake out of the mold, and pour some whipped cream on it.
