Cheese cake

The idea about this cake came from my college Marine who brought her cheese cake a few times to work, and made us all very happy!
My recipe is a bit different….

Note : I am using a mold for cheese cake, you can buy it in all better stores.
Foundation :
Lady`s fingers with a bit of a milk
Cream :
Mix sweet cream
Add 2 bags of vanilla sugar and a bit of a vanilla extract
Add powdered sugar, about 150gr
Mix well
Add 500gr of Ella 0% cream cheese, mix well
Add 1 bag of gelatin mixed in a few spoonfuls of water which you nearly brought to boil (but not quite!)
Pour into the mould, over lady`s fingers
Put it in a refrigerator, to cool.
Topping :
300gr of raspberries boil in about 200ml of water. Just bring them to the boiling point.
Add 1 bag of gelatin mixed in a few spoonfuls of water which you nearly brought to boil (but not quite!)
Let it cool and then pour over the previous mixture in the mold.

It needs to cool for additional 3h (in the fridge).
