The turned out GREAT (not because I made them ;-)).
2 whole eggs
150gr (softened) margarine
1 chunk of cream cheese (about 150gr)
2 baggies of vanilla sugar
1 tea spoon of vanilla extract (I use Dr, Oetker)
Flour as needed
(and no, I have not forgotten backing powder, it is not needed here)
First mix eggs with sugar, than add cream cheese, vanilla sugar and vanilla extract.
Mix well, and start adding flour slowly.
Dough should be a bit thicker than pudding, since I put it in a dough bag and squeeze it out in different shapes.
